so it's easter on...um...sunday and steve and i will be headed to his parents house in gloucester from thursday to tuesday. i am looking forward to the change of scenery, getting out of london for a few days is always a plus. esp when someone cooks for you and takes care of you and the only cost you incur is travel. plus i am going to ask steve's parents to pay me his half of the bills £200 which i have been forced to let slide because steve cannot afford to pay. but his parents are assuming the cost of his rent and i have no qualms asking for the bill money. it is just unfair to have to keep paying for two when i am supposed to be sharing things equally. i could really use £200! i mean...couldn't everyone? but the bottom line is that once steve starts working again he will not be able to pay back the money he owes me, it would have to be in instalments and that is unfair to me, who knows when he gets a job and getting back £200+ (depending on how long it takes...and bills are £100/month) in £40-£50 instalments is unacceptable. business is non-negotiable. i just read an excellent article in the times about Madonna as a businesswoman. i think she is shrewd in her business moves and does not receive nearly enough credit for her epic management skills.
http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/music/article6015124.eceprobaly won't post much over the weekend, so here's an outfit post from today:

(new) dress from kookai (£35), black tights and Yves Saint Laurent 5.5 inch black patent Tributes (£332)
how fucking adorable is this dress!? it's all one piece and i adore it. also it's cotton so it's super comfy and it was on sale! i think the best part about fashion is mixing high street and designer.
