I’ve just heard back from Lazard and they liked you very much but have decided not to progress for this position. They said that they thought you came across as very enthusiastic and were really knowledgeable, had obviously done your research and were very friendly. Unfortunately they weren’t sure if you would be quite polished enough dealing with some of the bankers however and felt they weren’t a perfect culture fit match for you. Sorry on this one.
